Topic: Designing a huller pistachios
Issue: The pistachio is a consumer product in sub-Saharan Africa and Cameroon in particular. For a large quantity consumption must design a sheller that would replace the manual action which proves a difficult and slow task.
Many questions are raised:
• What is the moisture content of the seeds to be pistachios shelled?
• What is the pistachio seed template? How to sort?
• What is the pressure to be exerted to remove the hull
This subject has two complementary main components:

2. Experimental Stream
