Les résultats déjà obtenus pour ce qui concerne les rapports financiers se présentent comme suit :
- 03 demandes de décaissements ont déjà été adressées, dont 02 demandes acceptées. La troisième est en attente.
- Le Rapport de Suivi Financier (RSF) du premier semestre 2016 a été envoyé. La qualité de ce rapport est acceptable du point de vue de la gestion financière. Toutefois, d’après Celine Gavach, chargé des projets à la Banque Mondiale : « il est indispensable qu’un compte bancaire dédié au projet soit ouvert le plus tôt possible, dans l’optique de faciliter le suivi des activités ». Les informations font état de ce qu’il y a des évolutions allant dans ce sens.
