A Workshop on “Sensor Networks” as kicks-off of Short Term Training

The African Center of Excellence on Information and Communication Technology (CETIC) is organizing a Seminar on “Sensor Networks” from 16th to the 18th June 2014 in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
This is the first Short Term Training organized on the theme “Sensor Networks and Applications in Industry” by the newly created African Center of Excellence in Cameroon (CETIC). The goal of this Workshop is to improve knowledge of participants on meteorology, current sensors, sensor networks and their use in a production center.
The target participants are individuals working in energy industries, agro-food, brewery, metallurgy, building materials and manufacturing companies. The Workshop is equally organized to support facilities in production efficiency through capacity building.
The cost of the Training is 350 000 Franc CFA per participant. The Workshop will be held in the High Tech Center of the National Advanced School of Engineering, University of Yaounde I, Yaounde, Cameroon .
